TITLE: Financial Analyst
LOCATION: Dallas, TX
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8am - 4:30pm
PAY:$20.00 - $27.50/ hour
This is the pay range that BAHAMA Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position.
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY: Serve as liaison between finance and operations on fiscal matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the monthly close process.
- Review preliminary financials.
- Process monthly accruals.
- Prepare adjusting entries.
- Provide variance explanations.
- Assist with the operating and capital budgeting process.
- Review and take the appropriate action on requests for resources (i.e., FTEs, supplies, services, etc.)
- Create proformas for new initiatives.
- Assist in the development of proposals for additional resources.
- Prepare requests for billing for the Foundation.
- Represent the finance team in multidisciplinary groups.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in Healthcare Financial Management
- Experience Supporting Operational Departments
- Experience with Monthly Close
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Variance Analysis
- Strategic Financial Analysis
